PURPOSE:To provide a steaming function to an electronic oven by a method wherein an atomizing pipe formed with a nozzle part at its extreme end and a capillary tube are provided so as to constitute a closed container having water therein. CONSTITUTION:Upon applying a heating operation within an electronic oven, water W for steam within a closed container 1 is boiled, its inner pressure is increased, resulting in that hot water within the container is pushed up through a capillary tube 4. In turn, the steam generated within the container 1 is strongly injected through a nozzle 3 from an atomizing pipe 2. Then, the hot water pushed up from the capillary tube 4 with this steam is dispersed in a spray form to make stomized water. The humidified state is attained through this atomized water to prevent a food from being dried. A steam gener ating device is small in size the food is set in a food packaging container, the packaged container is heated within an electronic oven to humidified or the container is separately placed within the electronic oven away from the food and then the container is heated with a micro-wave to humidify within the oven and thus a humidifying of the food can be carried out. |
