PURPOSE:To permit use even if an input shaft and an output shaft exist on the same side by constituting a carrier from a maincarrier panel and a subcarrier panel and allowing said subcarrier to have a plurality of projection parts for engaging a carrier shaft which extend onto the upper side in the axial direction. CONSTITUTION:The title device is constituted of a sun gear 1, plural planetary gears 2 to be meshed with the sun gear 1, outer shell internal gear 3 meshed with the planetary gears 2, and a carrier which axially supports the planetary gear 2 by a planetary shaft 5 and installed in rotatable manners, and the carrier is constituted of a main carrier panel 4a having a carrier shaft hole 15 having a turn stop mechanism and a subcarrier panel 4b having an opened port 17 for the insertion of a sun gear shaft 20. The subcarrier panel 4b has a plurality of projections 18 for the engagement of the carrier shaft which extend outside in the axial direction, and the carrier shaft 19a at the top edge of which a disc part 22 having the corresponding recessed part 23 is installed can be fixed by fitting the recessed part 23 and the projection part 18 for engaging the carri er shaft of the subcarrier panel 4b.
