PURPOSE:To uniformalize grains of coffee powders supplied to a filter to provide a coffee liquid of stabilized aroma and taste by covering the filter with a conical mesh member. CONSTITUTION:A filter 3 is covered with a conical mesh member 7. Since a load of coffee powders deposited on the mesh member 7 is not vertically applied to the mesh member 7, but dispersed, clogging of the mesh member itself is eliminated. Also, since only the coffee powders having uniform grains do not pass through, clogging of the filter 3 is prevented by the mesh member 7. Namely, the coffee powders passing through the mesh member 7 to reach the filter 3 are of uniform grains. The coffee powders passing through and filtered by the filter 3 penetrate uniformly over the whole region, so that the coffee liquid is extracted through the filter 3 without a time difference of extraction and always uniformly. Thus, the coffee liquid having a stabilized aroma and delicious taste is provided. |
