PURPOSE:To obtain a bed conforming to a person's figure by providing an injection port of a coagulant for shaping a bed body on the bottom part of a forming machine body, forming a framework for forming the molding machine body to a tray type of the same type as a mat, and providing a cut-off film for sealing up tightly the coagulant on the upper part of the framework. CONSTITUTION:When a person 9 lies on the back to a framework 3 of a mat type having a cut-off film 4, a coagulatnt 5 is injected from an inlet of a coagulant injection port 2 provided on the bottom part of a molding machine body 1, and while the coagulant 5 is pusing up the human body from the inside of the cut-off film 4, it molds exactly a back body shape of the human body 9 and sets, and a foundation mat 6 of a type being faithful to an individual figure is formed. The formed foundation mat 6 is removed from the framework 3, and combined integrally with a cushion mat. In such a way, all the same cushion mat as the back body shape surface of each human body is obtained. |
