PURPOSE:To quickly, accurately, and easily change a set numerical value by outputting a gray code to a numerical value setting means at the time of rotation at a prescribed angle of a first rotary encoder and outputting a pulse to the numerical value setting means in accordance with rotation of a second rotary encoder. CONSTITUTION:At the time of rough magnification setting, an operator rotates a rotary encoder 41. The gray code is generated by rotation of this rotary encoder 41, and it is discriminated whether the angle of rotation of the rotary encoder 41 is <=-50 deg. or not. This discrimination is performed based on the combination of outputs from output terminals S1 to S4 of the rotary encoder 41. At the time of fine magnification setting, the operator rotates a rotary encoder 40, and it is discriminated whether the rotary encoder 40 is rotated counterclockwise or not based on the difference of waveforms shown in the figure. When counterclockwise rotation is discriminated, one is subtracted from the set magnification. When the rotary encoder 40 is rotated clockwise, one is added to the set magnification. |
