<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a battery from fully discharging by providing a secondary cell and a secondary cell charger, and providing individual independent charger/ discharger for driving an electronic device such as a communication device, etc., and a controller for wiring the battery to the charger/discharger as a charging power source only at the time of driving of an engine. CONSTITUTION:When an ignition switch 4 is closed, a relay 5 is started, a current from a battery 3 flows to a charger 7b to charge a secondary cell 7a, and a current from the cell 7a is output directly to an output terminal 8. When the switch 4 is opened, the relay 5 is not started, and the current from the battery 3 is not consumed. However, a current is discharged and output from the cell 7a to the terminal 8, the current is discharged and output to the terminal 8 until the cell 7a is fully discharged, and an electronic device such as a connected FAX, a mobile telephone set, etc., can be served. The charger/discharger 6 is separately independent from the battery 3. Thus, it can prevent the battery from fully discharging.</p> |
