<p>PURPOSE:To improve productivity of an element whose piezoelectric ceramics layer is polarized in a vertical direction to the lamination direction by using a thermister material of positive temperature characteristics whose Curie temperature is lower than that of a piezoelectric ceramic material as an inner electrode layer. CONSTITUTION:A ceramics material of lead titanate zirconate which forms a piezoelectric ceramics layer 12 and a ceramics material of barium titanate which forms an inner electrode layer 14 having positive temperature characteristics whose Curie temperature is lower than that of the layer 12 are formed in a specified thickness and laminated alternatively. Then, they are heated, bonded by pressure, and burnt integrally to acquire a lamination body 16. A polarization electrode 18 is formed at both sides of the lamination body 16, and a voltage 24 is applied inside an oil bath 22 whose temperature is higher than a Curie temperature of the layer 14 and lower than a Curie temperature of the layer 12. Thereby, it is possible to perform good polarization in a direction vertical to the lamination direction of the layer 12. Accordingly, manufacture process reduces and productivity improves.</p> |
