<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the generation of smoke and odor, making a device compact and increase heat efficiency by burning and heating melt cracked gas generated in a melting oven by means of a high temperature sheathed heater inside a round-shape firebrick, circulating the same to the melting oven and heat melting. CONSTITUTION:Waste plastic is fed in from a feeding opening 8 by opening a feeding opening cover 7 provided on the front face of a melting oven 1. The section area of the lower section of the melting oven 1 installed by a heat insulating material 2 is reduced by a chute 3 and communicated with a curing chamber 5 below. A low temperature exothermic sheathed heater 4 is buried between the bottom section of the curing chamber 5 and the heat insulating material 2. A deodorizing device C burns and removes molten cracked gas and cracked gas of adhered soil and a high temperature sheathed heater 10 installed in a round-shape firebrick 11 inside a deodorizer main body 2. Heated clean gas from a suction duct 13 is passed through an exhaust duct 14 by means of a blower 17, entered into a hot air storage 23 provided under the chute 3, blown from a narrow blowing opening 24 onto a support box 6, and then turned over and blown up into the melting oven 1 to melt the waste plastic fed therein and entered into the deodorizing device again to repeat deodorizing and heating.</p> |
