PURPOSE:To prevent reinforcing fibers from being disturbed, while the volume content of fibers is controlled by a method in which molding tools are arranged on alternate unit cell, and side-pressurizing jigs are arranged on the positions where the molding tools are not arranged, whereby reinforcing fibers are formed under pressure and cured between the sides of the molding tools and the jigs. CONSTITUTION:Molding tools are arranged on alternate unit cell 5 of reinforcing fibers 3a, 3b, 3c, and side-pressurizing jigs 6 are arranged on the positions where the molding tools are not arranged. The reinforcing fibers 3a, 3b, 3c impregnated with thermosetting resin are inserted between the molding tools 1 and reinforc ing fiber-fixing jigs 7 on the sides of the molding tools along each side 2, and they are laminated. Then, the reinforcing fibers 3a, 3b, 3c are lamination-formed respectively in three directions continuously and alternately. Then, the bending due to its dead weight which causes the disturbance of the rein forcing fiber is prevented with the reinforcing fiber-fixing jig 7. After the lamination of reinforcing fibers 3a, 3b, 3c, the reinforcing fibers 3a, 3b, 3c are formed under pressure with the side-pressurizing jigs 6 so that the thickness of said fiber becomes a prescribed thickness between the side of the molding tool 1 and said jig, and are cured, thereby producing fiber reinforced composite material. |
