A sub-frame for a trailer comprises long and short sides 2,16 which, together with at least one longitudinal beam 6, support a platform body 1. Each long side 2 has an axle bracket 8 which supports a load-bearing beam fixture 5 and a primary load-bearing beam 4, which is disposed above a secondary load-bearing beam 3. The load upon the platform body is transferred to the wheels in the first place via the axle brackets 8 and in the second place directly between the primary and the secondary load- bearing beam by means of a load distributor 7. <IMAGE> |
