<p>PURPOSE:To visually and easily understand information for diagnosing a disease of a circulatory organ by bringing a pulse wave and arterial sound to composite display on the same time base, and also, displaying it by dividing it into a high pressure period before an aorta valve closing vestige and a low pressure period after that. CONSTITUTION:The subject recorder is constituted of two constituting parts of a device main body 100 and a binding band 200. A section of cardiocontraction period pressure SP - aorta valve closing vestige pressure DNP, a section of aorta valve closing vestige pressure DNP - cardioextension period pressure DP, and cardioextension period pressure DP and thereafter are set as a high pressure period (a), a low pressure period (b) and a third period (c), respectively. In this state, the pressure axis of the high pressure period (a) of a colotokoph sound waveform K is allowed to correspond linearly to the time base of a high pressure period A of an average pulse wave W, the pressure axis of the low pressure period (b) of the colotokoph sound waveform K is allowed to correspond linearly to the time base of a low pressure period B of the average pulse wave W, and each colotokoph sound waveform is overlapped and displayed on the graph of a pules wave. Subsequently, by an arithmetic processing, a CPU 130 generates finally a graph, it is outputted to a printer 180 and the result of measurement is displayed. In such a manner, a diagnoser looks at the result of output of this printer, and can obtain easily various informations related to a disease of a circulatory organ of a patient.</p> |
