PURPOSE:To fix a connector in a rotation molded product by mounting a block with supporting levers provided projectingly on a cap of a mold, inserting the connector molded with a material same as a main material at the end of the supporting lever, molding integrally with the molded product and releasing the block together with the cap. CONSTITUTION:Three supporting levers 4 are provided projectingly in the position to fix an injection molded product for trimming, and a block 2 in which a connector 5 molded with a material same as a main material at the end is mounted on a cap 6 of a mold 3, and the supporting lever 4 in the center is positioned in a jaw section and two supporting levers 4, left and right, are positioned close to the inner wall of the jaw section respectively by mounting the block in the mold 3. When the molding is started, the main material flows the inner wall of the mold 3 and is laminated on the wall surface of the molded product 1, and then reaches a welding point 7 of respective connectors 5 and further the inner wall of the molded product 1 and the connectors 5 are welded integrally and fixed by the progress of laminating. After completion of molding, cooling is carried out for releasing the cap 6 and the block 2 together with the supporting levers and the molded product 1 is released from the mold 3 to leave the connectors in the molded product 1 of rotation. |
