PURPOSE:To prevent the influence from being exerted on the inside of a panel even if a conductive substance is stuck and mounted on an electrode and to improve the reliability by injecting a liquid crystal to the upper filter structure color liquid crystal panel, sealing the opening, and thereafter, eliminating the residue of a material for a color filter which is left on the electrode. CONSTITUTION:To a first substrate in which a proper orientation processing is performed onto a color filter formed in a part on an electrode provided on one transparent substrate, a second substrate in which a proper orientation processing is performed onto an electrode provided on the other transparent substrate is superposed to each other with a seal adhesive for limiting a liquid crystal holding area by allowing the orientation processing side to oppose, and thereafter, a liquid crystal is injected and the opening is sealed. Thereafter, an unnecessary residue of a material for a color filter which is left on the electrode of a first substrate protruded to the outside of the liquid crystal hold ing area is eliminated by a method having a high effect, and thereafter, an external conductive material is mounted and stuck. In such a way, the reliability of the panel being equal to that which has no color filter can be obtained with out exerting no influence on the inside of the panel. |
