<p>PURPOSE:To exclude an effect of a delay time and to contrive enhancement of a phase control in accuracy by correcting the delay time due to an amplifying means and a noise removing means by a delay time correcting means, a reference signal correcting means and a phase error correcting means. CONSTITUTION:When an output of the noise removing means 9 is inputted to the delay time correcting means 10, the output of the removing means 9 is delayed by the correcting means 10 by a time obtained by deducting the delay time from one period of a reference signal. An output signal of the correcting means 10 is compared in phase with the reference signal to be outputted from a refference signal generating means 11 by a phase comparator 12 of a phase control means 13. A phase error output is obtained by sampling a trapezoidal waveform signal produced by the generating means 11 with the output signal of the correcting means 10, so that the phase control without being influenced by the delay time can be performed.</p> |
