The invention relates to a wall piece (I) of a building of the type comprising at least two posts (1) held parallel and spaced by means of two horizontal low (2) and high (3) beams so as to frame a rectangular filling wall (4) which is comprised of two inner (4a) and outer (4b) panels delimiting between each other an interstitial insulation (5). According to the invention, each post (1) presents at the vicinity of its internal edges two opposite, longitudinal, U-shaped grooves (1a' and 1a'') provided in the two sides intended to maintain the walls (4), one of the two grooves (1a''), the so-called larger groove, being deeper than the other groove (1a'), the so-called smaller groove, so that two adjacent posts (1) present at the vicinity of the their internal edges and in opposition a small groove (1a') and a large groove (1a'') which, once the two posts (1) are erected, provide for the holding of the two lateral vertical edges of an internal panel (4a) by engaging the latter by moving it sideways (arrow D) a first time inside the larger groove (1a'') and by moving it sideways (arrow G) a second time in the opposite direction and through a smaller distance towards the inside of the smaller groove (1a').
