- The element, characterised by its OMEGA shape, is produced from vibrated concrete, which is possibly tinted throughout. The stack of the elements laid down alternately on each row, and associated with a filling material makes it possible to produce gravity walls. The element consists of: - two struts (1) extended by two legs (3) located orthogonally, the oblique shape of which increases the filler/concrete friction, the legs constituting two anchoring points in the filler. - A front face (2) holding the filler material inside the element and providing an aesthetic appearance for the wall. - A partial bottom (4) on the front part of the element opposing the vertical compacting of filler inside the wall. - The rear part is hollowed out (6) for the incorporation of reinforced concrete posts. - Two channels (5) cut in the legs allowing concrete, geotextile, or geomeshwork blocks to be fastened mechanically. The main uses are: - support, sound-attenuation walls, buttresses for passages, walls, window boxes. <IMAGE>
