<p>PURPOSE:To constitute an acceleration sensor main body and a signal processing unit in one body by trimming resistance means on the signal processing unit and detaching an electric conductor from an electric circuit, and mounting the signal processing unit after the trimming on an electric circuit board. CONSTITUTION:The main body 60 of the acceleration sensor where a beam, a weight, a deflection detecting means, and the electric circuit board 17 are constituted in one body before adjustment and the signal processing unit 19 are connected mutually through the flexible electric conductor 51. In this state, the unit 19 is fixed and the main body 60 is movable. Therefore, the resistance means 19a - 19c are trimmed so that the output signal of the unit 19 has a specific level in a state corresponding to a state where the main body 60 is applied with acceleration to be adjusted, and the characteristics of the main body 60 and unit 19 can be matched with each other. The electric conductor 51 is detached after the adjustment and the unit 19 is mounted on the main body 60, so that the main body 60 and unit 19 can be constituted in one body.</p> |
