发明名称 Statoraufbau fuer Dynamo-Maschinen
摘要 1,092,865. Making dynamo-electric machine coils. JOSEPH LUCAS (INDUSTRIES) Ltd. March 10, 1965 [April 28, 1964], No. 17504/64. Heading B3A. [Also in Division H2] The stator of an electrical machine has a cast iron cylindrical yoke 18 with an even number of salient polepieces 19, 20, 21, 22 wound with a field coil 17 which has axially extending parts and curved end parts which extend around the rounded ends of adjacent polepieces at axially opposite ends of the yoke. Alternate polepieces are preferably removable and after insertion of the coil are reattached to the yoke by screws 24 to secure the coil. The varnish insulated conductor strip for the coil is initially wound to form a generally square coil with rounded corners. The diagonally opposite corners of this coil are then bent in opposite directions to form a closed cylindrical field coil, Figs. 4 and 5 (not shown). Insulating strips are wrapped around the coil to hold the turns in contact. A terminal is connected to one end of the coil and a pair of commutator brushes are attached to the other end. Four brushes bear on the commutator of the machine with one diametrically opposed pair connected together and to the supply terminal and the other pair, displaced by 90 degrees to the first pair, are connected to the field coil and the terminal at the other end of the field coil is screwed to the yoke and thereby earthed. In a two-speed motor, two conductor strips may be wound to form a single field coil assembly, each coil of which may be energized singly or in combination to give the required speeds.
