PURPOSE:To easily notice a fast/slow state about time that a user sets by providing an input means which associates a stopwatch clocking means with the operation of a timer subtractive counting means. CONSTITUTION:The input means associates the operation of the stopwatch clocking means with the operation of the timer subtractive clocking means. For example, a stopwatch 13 is started, a subtracting timer 15 is also started. When the subtracting timer 15 enters a time-up state, the subtracting timer 15 stops the subtractive measurement. Then when an input for the time (LAP) required for the section of a constant distance of the stopwatch 13 is received, the subtracting timer 15 starts subtraction from the set value again. Further, when an input for the LAP of the stopwatch 13 is received before the subtracting timer 15 enters the time-up state, the subtracting timer 15 sets the remaining time and starts the subtraction from the set value again. Consequently, the slow/fast state about the time that the user sets can easily be noticed. |
