PURPOSE: To make it possible to joint the piece surface to a bone substance quickly and endurably by having a micro-coarse surface with a porosity in a size below 2 micro-m on the surface. CONSTITUTION: This transplanting piece with a porous surface has a micro- coarse porosity in a size below 2 micro-m on the surface. The transplanting piece like this is manufactured by treating with a tropic affinity material made of e.g. titanium or titanium-based alloy material with a reductive acid, e.g. HF, HCl or HCl+H2 SO4 . This produces a surface so that the bone substance grows enough and quickly likely to be joined thereto compatibly.
