Disubstituted (quinolin-2-ylmethoxy)phenylacetic acid derivatives can be prepared by reduction of correspondingly disubstituted ketoesters by means of Grignard reagents and, for the preparation of the thio compounds, by subsequent reaction with thiols. The compounds can be used as active substances in medicaments. |
