The appts. consists of a suction piston (1) and a single channel adaptor (2) for pipette tips or injection needles, an eight channel adaptor for emptying microtitre plates and a Pasteur pipette adaptor for larger vessels. The eight channel adaptor has en ejection unit. The switch for the pump relay (1b) is mounted on the tube (1a) of the suction piston. The adaptors, the screw cap (1i) and the vacuum supports (1f) are heat resistant. The ejection unit consists of a casing and metal plate. USE/ADVANTAGE - Rapid and sure emptying of small and large laboratory vessels, Eppendorf reaction vessels and immunoassay microtitre plates. The parts, coming into contact with radio-active contaminated or infected liquids are easy to clean and autoclavable.
