PURPOSE:To prevent a sweet-smell from releasing caused by natural leakage by providing a control circuit for controlling ON.OFF and/or output of a blast mechanism and a magnet liked with opening/closing of a scattering opening. CONSTITUTION:When a cartridge holder 15 is rotated on a wall of a bottom face, a control circuit set for blast mechanism and a magnet is turned to an ON condition by linking with this and the magnet and the blast mechanism are actuated to suck the cartridge holder 15 and to holder 15 at an opening position of a dissipating hole 4. Air is sucked from a suction opening 3 and air accompanied with a sweet-smell is evacuated from an evacuation opening. On the other hand, when a push button 21 is pushed again, the control circuit is turned to an OFF condition and as actions of the magnet and the blast mechanism are stopped and a pressurizing force rotating and energizing the cartridge holder 15 is released, this holder 15 is energized by means of an elastic member 18 and the dissipating hole 4 is pressed and closed again by means of a stopper member. Release of the sweet-smell caused by natural leakage is prevented thereby. |
