PURPOSE: To improve the quality accommodativeness and retentivity of artificial organ elements by composing a gradient sleeve with the inner/outer surfaces and an opening end. CONSTITUTION: Between the head 4 and neck 7 of this artificial organ 1 is inserted an insert/connector 10 that includes the first 11/second 13 ends and outer 15/inner 17 surfaces. The outer surface 15 organization is rougher that the inner surface 17 organization. The inclination of the outer surface of the insert/connector 10 is designed to meet the degree of inclination of a blind bore 6, and the insert/connector 10 inner surface is designed to an inclination meeting the degree of inclining the neck 7. By this constitution, the insert/ connector 10 connects to head 4 and neck 7 at a large contact area increasing its frictional retention. This improves the quality accommodation and retentivitiy of the artificial organ elements.
