PURPOSE:To reduce generation of vibration in reversely rotating pot and subjecting to centrifugal dehydrating by covering rotating cutter and providing covering body of inverse pot-type having plural protrusions and plural suction ports and discharging ports of soybeans on side wall. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical pot 17 is filled with soybeans and a fixed amount of water and operation is started, then rotation cutter 16 is rotated in high-speed and soybeans are sucked to suction port below a covering body 23, thus soybeans and water are repeatedly circulated by pumping action comprising crushing by rotating cutter 16 and discharging to finely crush soybeans in turn. In said process, rotation of water is inhibited by plural protrusions 27 installed on the covering body 23 and water and soybean are sucked to central direction, namely direction of rotating cutter 16, then pump action is able to be further enhanced, thus diameter of the cylindrical pot 17 is able to be enlarged in contrast to diameter of the rotating cutter 16 and height of the pot is able to be lowered, then generation of vibration is able to be reduced in subjecting to centrifugal dehydration with reversely rotating the pot 17. |
