PURPOSE:To simplify a mechanism and shorten a noodle taking-out time by opening or closing the bottom wall of a water-permeable containing vessel, and by hoisting the vessel to form a space under the vessel and to release the bottom wall. CONSTITUTION:A water-permeable containing vessel 8 is formed with a water- permeable cylindrical side wall 62, a water-permeable bottom wall 61 four opening or closing the lower opening of the side wall 62 and with a pivotally supported one-side edge section, and a spring body 63 for energizing the bottom wall 61 in the closing direction. Accordingly, the bottom wall 61 of the water- permeable containing vessel 8 is rotationally moved with the center of the one-side edge section, and then, the lower opening is opened or closed, and along the bottom wall 61, noodles slide to be dropped. As a result, a mechanism is simplified, and water washing, hot water process, and shifting to following cooking process after cold water disposal, can be automatized. |
