PURPOSE:To prepare food material containing abundant vegetable protein and delicious health drink by subjecting waste solution YU of bean-curd obtained from preparing process of bean-curd to dialysis or ultrafiltration treatment. CONSTITUTION:Waste solution YU of bean-curd obtained from preparation process of bean-curd is concentrated by pressure reducing or heating and dialyzed to flowing water, or waste solution YU of bean-curd is subjected to ultrafiltration, then dried to obtain food material. Spice is added to said food material, as desired, and sterilized to afford health drink. |
