PURPOSE:To obtain an easy heat-sealability polyester film having high heat- sealing strength and having no problem from the aspect of safety by laminating a polyester B layer containing a copolymerizable component other than an ethylene terephthalate unit in a specific amount and a polyester A layer containing the ethylene terephthalate unit in a specific amount. CONSTITUTION:Polyester used in a polyester A layer and a polyester B layer is copolymerized polyester based on an ethylene terephthalate unit and containing one or more kind of the other component copolymerized with said unit. As a copolymerizable component, one or more kind of known dicarboxylic acid and one or more kind of a known diol component can be used. The polyester B layer is composed of polyester containing 6 - 40mol.% of a copolymerizable component other than the ethylene terephthalate unit with respect to the total carboxylic acid component and/or diol component and the polyester A layer is composed of polyester based on the ethylene terephthalate unit and containing 0.5 - 5mol.% of at least one component among the copolymerizable components of the polyester B layer with respect to the total carboxylic acid component and/or diol component.
