<p>PURPOSE:To maintain freshness and excellent flavor of perishable foods for a long period of time by rapidly cooling perishable foods to a specific temperature, slowly cooling stepwise and preserving. CONSTITUTION:Perishable foods such as fruit, vegetable, fowl meat, animal meat, etc., are packed with plastic bags and rapidly cooled from normal temperature to 1-2 deg.C higher temperature than the freezing point of the perishable foods. Then the perishable foods cooled from the temperature to a temperature before the supercooling fracture point thereof at a rate of-0.1 to-0.5 deg.C every 5-24 hours so that the perishable foods are stepwise cooled and preserved.</p> |
