PURPOSE:To make use of the output torque of engine effectively without sensing the force transmitted to a control rod by furnishing a control means to control so that the replacement capacity of a variable capacity type liquid pressure pump becomes smaller as the deviation determined by a calculating means enlarges. CONSTITUTION:When a control rod 105 of an all speed governor 1a comes in contact with a limit switch 108, it is actuated, and the engine revolving speed sensed by a rotation sensor 13 is stored in a memory means 14 as a specific revolving speed. When the engine revolving speed is going to sink further from this condition mentioned, the revolving speed is sensed by the sensor 13, and a calculating means 15 determines the deviation of this sensed revolving speed from the abobementioned specific value. A calculating means 10a controls so that the replacement capacity of a variable capacity type liquid pressure pump 2 becomes smaller as this deviation enlarges. Thus the output torque of engine is made use of effectively without sensing the force transmitted through the rod 105. |
