PURPOSE:To contrive an improvement in workability with simple facilities, by a method wherein a molding part and cutting part are provided within one mold, injection molding is performed to a terminal hoop, a punch is fitted onto a movable retainer plate and cutting of a single piece is performed with an up-and-down movement of a cam by fitting the cam to a retainer plate. CONSTITUTION:After a terminal hoop 9 is fed to a molding part from the upper part, a slide core 1 is closed with an air cylinder 2 and a position of the terminal hoop 9 is detected, molding is performed clamping a mold constituted of a movable retainer plate 7 and retainer plate 8. Then after the terminal hoop 9 provided with a molded product 10 is fed to a cutting part, a punch 3 is closed by an air cylinder 5 and the position of the terminal hoop 9 is detected, the mold comprised of the movable retainer plate 7 and retainer plate 8 is clamped, a punch holder 4 is pressed by a cam 6 in this instance and the molded product 10 is cut off from the terminal hoop 9 with the punch 3 provided on the punch holder 4. Then the cut off molded product 10 is discharged outside of the mold by pulling out the terminal hoop 9 left behind in the direction of the retainer plate 8 by breaking the mold. |
