2.1 To fasten expanding anchors, conventional mounting tools are used which can be put onto a drill chucked in a drill chuck of a drilling machine. 2.2 So that a mounting tool which is simple in construction and manipulation can be used, a mounting unit is proposed which has a mounting tool which can be chucked directly in a drill chuck. A toothed rim projecting on the mounting tool acts on a shoulder formed in the shank part of the expanding anchor, as a result of which its shank part is set in rotation during the percussion drilling operation. The expanding sleeve is thereby pushed onto the expanding body of the expanding anchor, and rapid anchoring of the expanding anchor in the drilled hole in masonry is made possible. <IMAGE> |
