The packing carrier for four or more containers arranged in two rows includes a web (30) set between two parts (9', 9'') of the base wall section (9). At least one tab (18) is punched out of the web area (30) and extends across over the entire web, is moulded on the one part (9'') of the base wall section (9) and is connectable with the other part (9') whilst simultaneously bridging the upright web (30). The base wall section (9) having the web (30) is pref. covered by the other base wall section (10) on the outside engaging over at least the web (30). USE/ADVANTAGE - It is possible in one single work step to draw the flat cardboard blank from a supply stack, form the web and fix the tab on the opposite area.
