摘要 The oscillation method 2 is used to produce photon oscillations, in the range of low or high frequency and in a high energy magnetic field, and increase photon energy. The crystal used for the laser has one of 3 compsn. 1 GdA103 with Nd3+ as active ion, 1.0690ym. Gd is replaced by radioactive Gd151 or Gd 153, gamma-quantum energy 0.308-0.1031 MeV, and A1 by radioactive A126, gamma-quantum energy 2.96 MeV. 2. Ya103 with active ion Tm3+ 2.2348 ym. Tm is replaced by radioactive Tm171 with a gamma-quantum energy 0.0677 MeV and the A1 as above, producing a gamma-energy of 0.0677-2.96 MeV. Serial connection of the photon energy of several lasers of this type can produce photon energy of up to 2000 MeV. 3. A1203 with EU3+ as active ion, 0.6130 ym. Eu is replaced by radioactive Eu154, gamma-quantum energy 1.6 MeV. USE/ADVANTAGE - The laser crystal allows photon generation over a very large range of energies from X-ray to gamma-rays. The laser is used for X-ray photo-lithography, as X-ray source and in space-flight drives.
