PURPOSE:To simultaneously solder and connect the entire lead wires of diodes by inserting the lead wires of the diodes into a coiled terminal connected and disposed to a capacitor blank and dipping the entirety in solder. CONSTITUTION:Two sets of capacitor blocks 16, 17 each formed by connecting and disposing coiled terminals 14, 15 between a plurality of capacitor blanks 11 having electrodes 12, 13 on both surfaces and outside surfaces are aligned at the prescribed interval so that a plurality of diodes 18 are crossed over the blocks 16, 17, and the lead wires of the blocks are inserted into the terminals 14, 15. Thereafter, the members are held in the state pressed from both ends of the blocks 16, 17, the entirety is dipped in solder, and the capacitor electrodes 12, 13, coiled terminals 14, 15 and the coiled terminals 14.15, the lead wires are simultaneously connected with solder. |
