<p>PURPOSE:To uniformly induction-heat the whole steel material by separately arranging a support metallic material induction heating coil on a heater side wall adjoining downward of a steel material induction heating coil divided to arrange upward and downward and supplying the heater with electric power to independently control. CONSTITUTION:A support metallic material induction heating coil 9 is separately arranged on a heater side wall of a heater body 5 adjoining downward of an already constructed steel material induction heating coil 6 divided to arrange upward and downward. The support metallic material induction heating coil 9 is arranged at a position corresponding to a support metallic material 2 and the upper end part of support pipes 3 supporting a steel material 1 charged in a heater and it is possible that electric power is independently controlled by a power source 10 and a power factor improvement capacitor 11. The supply electric power control of the support metallic material induction heating coil 9 allows the support metallic material 2 to control and maintain in a specified temperature range equal to or less than heat resistance temperature as temperature is measured.</p> |
