PURPOSE:To carry out the controll of rolling simply and to the optimum by selecting either of the controlling time between a controlling time corresponding to the magnitude of the rolling generated on a vehicle body or a controlling time corresponding to an acceleration in the lateral direction which acts on said vehicle body, when said vehicle is making a turn on traveling. CONSTITUTION:Front and rear and right and left suspension units SFR, SFL, SRR, SRL of a vehicle have plural main air spring chambers 11a-11d, respectively. In this case, a controller 24 sets a controlling time corresponding to the magnitude of rolling generated on a vehicle body based on the output signals from a steering sensor 30 and a vehicle speed sensor 32. Also, based on the detected signal from an acceleration sensor 31, it sets a controlling time corresponding to the acceleration in the lateral direction which acts on the vehicle body. And, when the vehicle is making a turn on traveling, one of both controlling times is selected depending of a steering condition, and the intake air and exhaust air solenoids 19a-19d and 20a-20d of the main air spring chambers 11a-11d are opened and closed based on the selected controlling time. |
