摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce equivalent series resistance by a method wherein a thin film sheet, having a high molecular conductive solid electrolyte, is provided between the polarizable electrodes to be attached to a pan-shaped main body and a cap respectively. CONSTITUTION:A high molecular conductive solid electrolyte, which is diluted by an organic solvent, is implegnated into the polarizable electrodes 3 and 4 to be attached respectively to a shallow-bottomed pan-like case main body 1 and the cap 2 to be put on the above-mentioned case main body, and a high molecular conductive solid electrolytic thin film sheet 6 is provided between the above-mentioned polarizable electrodes 3 and 4. At this point, it is desirable that the thin film sheet is formed in the thickness of 0.05 to 1mm. As a result, the percentage of rejects can be brought to almost 0%, and the internal resistance can also be made small.
