The invention relates to a thread dispensing and knotting system for theproduction of carpets knotted with Ghiordes or Senneh knots comprising a feedsystem and knotting means. The feed system comprises a thread selector(1,2,3,4), a reeling station, cutting means, a loading station (6,7,8,9)arranged to take said reeled thread and load a thread strand, and a rotarystrand transfer station arranged to bring said strand loaded by the loadingstation opposite two warp yarns (19, 20) around which it must be positionedusing said knotting means.<IMAGE> |
