PURPOSE:To improve the operating efficiency of a cash transaction and service for a user by performing the confirmation of faulty status or an instruction to the user between the user and an automatic cash transaction device, and permitting the action of the user and a clerk to be taken at separate time, respectively. CONSTITUTION:When a fault occurs, data with respect to fault information and the depression of a clerk call button 3 are stored in a fault information memory device 13 transiently via a main control part 9. Those data are read out based on a request from a monitoring device 2 at arbitrary time, and is transmitted to the monitoring device 2 via a fault information communication control part 10 and a transmission cable 8, and is displayed on a fault informa tion display 7. Also, the confirmation of the faulty status and the input of a message and fault post-processing between a device 1 and the user are performed with a guide display 5, a user operation part 6, and the control program of the main control part 9. Thereby, the operating efficiency of the device and the service for the user are improved. |
