<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a malfunction by a method wherein a large electric-current output circuit is arranged on the side opposite to a microcomputer core with respect to a logic circuit part. CONSTITUTION:At a normal operation, shared peripheral circuits 4, 5 are used in common for a microcomputer core 2 and for a logic clrcuit part 3 and a signal is input/output. A signal from the microcomputer core 2 or the logic circuit part 3 is output via large electric-current outpnt circuits 10. When a large electric current flows by a driver means inside the large electric-current output circuits 10 in this case, a power-supply potential is changed; however, since the large electric-current output circuits 10 are arranged on the side opposite to the microcomputer core 2 with respect to the logic circuit part 3, the change in the power-supply potential in the large electric-current output circuits 10 is not transmitted up to the microcomputer core 2. Thereby, it is possible to prevent a malfunction, of the microcomputer core, which is based on the change in the powersupply potential.</p> |
