The buffer layer 4 of the org. dyestuff layer is then formed on the layer 3. The layer 4 is formed by dissolving dyestuffs of a phthalocyanine system, cyanine system, azo system, anthraquinone system, naphthoquinone system, triazine system, azomethine system, indoaniline system, etc., which have no absorption bands with a laser beam, etc., or have the absorption bands different from the absorption bands of the layer 3, in a suitable solvent not impairing the layer 3 and coating or printing the soln. on the recording layer. An adhesive agent layer 5 and a backing layer 6 are then laminated.
