PURPOSE:To accomplish molding of precision optical parts in high precision and in a short time by transferring a mold with a molding material put thereinto to a heating device and a cooling device to heat and cool said mold, respective ly, while putting the molding material to press molding. CONSTITUTION:The objective press molding unit is made up of (A) a mold device, (B) a heating device 7 to heat the mold device, (C) a cooling device 8 to cool the mold device, (B) transferring devices 51, 522 to transfer said mold device between the devices 7 and 8, and (E) a pressing device 9 to press molds 3, 4 transferred into the cooling device 8. Said mold device stores a molding material 11 in the molds 3, 4 and externally heats and cools these molds 3, 4, thus the molding material 11, together with both the molds 3, 4, can be quick ly heated and cooled. |
