PURPOSE:To omit preparation of several kinds of backup pins and to save an operator trouble for exchanging of the backup pin by providing a stopping means which stops a pin to a groove shaped to a backup pin which supports a substrate and holds the pin at a height fit for thickness of a plurality of substrate to a table. CONSTITUTION:A backup pin 23, which is movable horizontally, is arranged on a table and is provided with a plurality of grooves 63 at a single position or positions of different heights to support a printed board 2. A stopping means stops the pin 23 to a groove 63 which is shaped to the pin 23 and holds the pin 23 at a height fit for a thickness of a plurality of printed boards 2 to the table. In this case, a height position of the backup pin 23 is decided by a length from a point of the backup pin 23 of the groove 63 and a position to an upper side of a backup base 20 of a stopper 64 which fits with the groove 63. Thereby, it is possible to omit preparation of several kinds of backup pins and to save an operator trouble. |
