A grease composition for a high speed anti-friction bearing contains, in a synthetic lubricant base oil, (A) 2 to 30 wt.% of a thickening agent consisting of an urea compound, (B) 0.2 to 30 wt.% of sorbitan monooleate, (C) 0.2 to 3.0 wt.% of barium sulfonate, and (D) 0.2 to 3.0 wt.% of barium lanolate, as indispensable components, each weight percentage being based on the total weight of the composition.
