Detergent compositions which have a bleaching effect on textiles, adapted so as to contain a bleaching system based on peroxide compounds and of complexes of divalent metals of an atomic number of between 25 and 29 (or of their precursors) which, under the washing conditions, have a nett positive charge and act as catalysts for the decomposition of the peroxides, increasing the bleaching efficiency of the detergent compositions at low temperatures.
