A fluidised-bed plant, which is formed from fluidised-bed reactor, solid separator and return pipe, for the implementation of exothermic processes in the circulating fluidised bed, with pipes for the supply of oxygen-containing primary gases through the bottom (6) of the fluidised-bed reactor (1) and pipes (9, 11) for the supply of oxygen-containing secondary gases at a height of at least 1 m above the reactor bottom (6), but at a maximum of 30% of the reactor height, and with a fuel pipe (3) which opens into fluidised-bed reactor between primary and secondary gas supply, has, for the purpose of perfect transverse mixing of oxygen-containing secondary gas and fuel, in particular in reactors of large dimensions, one or more displacement member(s) (7) which cover(s) 40 to 75% of the bottom area of the fluidised-bed reactor (1). The maximum height of this is equal to half the height of the fluidised-bed reactor (1) and its arrangement is in such a manner that the remaining bottom area (6) of the fluidised-bed reactor (1) forms a single continuous area. Preferably, the displacement member(s) (7) has (have) square or rectangular cross-section and facilities (11) for the entry of oxygen-containing secondary gases and/or facilities (3) for the entry of fuel. <IMAGE> |
