PURPOSE:To improve the test efficiency by always recognizing a content of an exchange side memory, loopback state of each equipment and relay drive state, collating the result of recognition with the content of a subscriber memory to be written periodically and releasing the test equipment when the contents are dissident. CONSTITUTION:A loopback state, a relay drive state based on a test pattern of each equipment of a network terminal 50, a subscriber circuit 51 and a test equipment 52 drawn from the subscriber line on an ISDN (integrated service digital network) subscriber line are Preset to an exchange side memory 53 to collate the content of the exchange side memory 53 with the content of subscriber memories 55, 56 written with the loopback state and the relay drive state of each equipment with recognition periodically. when a relay of the test equipment 52 is reset, for example, during the test, the content of the sub scriber memories 55, 56 and the content of the exchange memory 53 are dissi dent to release the equipments 50-52. Thus, when the progress of the test is disabled, the test equipment kept invalid for a long time is avoided and the test efficiency is improved.
