PURPOSE:To form an image excellent in durability, abrasion resistance, gloss and color forming properties and generating no curl by providing a wax containing transparent resin layer on a base material film in a releasable manner and transferring said transparent resin layer to the surface of a transfer image. CONSTITUTION:A wax-containing transparent resin layer 2 is provided on a base material film 1 in a releasable manner and formed from a mixture of a transparent resin and wax. A release layer 3 has action lowering the adhesiveness of the transparent resin layer 2 and the base material film 1 to facilitate the transfer of the transfer resin layer. In forming the transparent resin layer, additives such as a lubricant, an ultraviolet absorber, an oxidation inhibitor and/or a fluorescent brightener or the like are contained in the transparent resin layer. By this method, the gloss, light fastness, weatherability or whiteness of a coated image of every kind can be enhanced. |
