PURPOSE:To obtain the superior compatibility with a living body and prevent the generation of the foreign material reaction, inflammation reaction, etc., by allowing the title material to contain the body liquid taken in from the animal containing osteoblast and/or precursor osteoblast and calcium phosphate compounds. CONSTITUTION:A filling material for a bone-defective part and a bone-vacant part contains the body liquid taken in from the animal containing a specific kind of cells and a calcium phosphate compounds. The used body liquid is necessarily constituted of the body liquid taken in from the animal containing osteoblast and/or precursor osteoblast. As the body liquid, can be listed blood, etc., and the blood liquid taken in from the animal itself which is charged with the charging material is preferably used. As the calcium phosphate can be listed, hydroxyapatite, tertiary calcium phosphate, quaternary calcium phosphate, apatite fluoride, apatite carbonate, and the compound or mixture which is selected from these mixtures, and in particular, hydroxyapatite which possesses the high adhesiveness with cells and the high activity of osteoblast and/or the precursor osteoblast can be preferably used. |
